  • Clamping Unit

    Mechanical direct-pressure clamping is adopted, which enables uniform and stable transmission of clamping force. It also has a larger mold opening stroke, making it more suitable for in-mold automation.

    The Lisong 5th - generation G - series high - speed injection molding machine uses thickened mold plates, which have high rigidity and less elastic deformation. The molding clamping force is lower, effectively protecting the mold.

    The mold opening and closing are equipped with a high - speed servo proportional valve as standard, featuring fast mold opening response speed, accurate positioning, and short cycle time.

    Hydraulic UnitHydraulic Unit

    It is equipped with a built-in multi-group servo oil circuit power and control system. The oil pump operates at a constant temperature in the oil tank for a long time, which makes the oil pump have a longer service life and the machine has lower noise.

    It can realize synchronous melting during mold opening and closing, and also can realize synchronous ejection or core pulling during mold opening and closing, so as to shorten the molding cycle to the greatest extent and improve production efficiency.

    With a unique modular design, it can be disassembled, assembled and maintained from the front.

    Injection Unit

    Equipped with an infrared nano heating coil as standard, it has fast temperature rise, good heat preservation performance, and saves more than 30% electricity. With closed - loop PID temperature control, it achieves precise temperature control and excellent process control stability.

    Adopts a screw with a large L/D ratio, low shear, and optimized high - mixing and melting, resulting in good mixing effect and high plasticizing efficiency.

    The injection platform support adopts high - precision double - linear guide rails, which have a low friction coefficient. The injection and plasticizing resistance is small and uniform, and the injection speed is faster, suitable for precise injection molding.
